Department of English Professor Natalie Gerber wrote an article, "'Aesthetics, Poetry, Art, or Blondes': Why Stevens's Letters Don't Theorize Rhythm," and also co-authored the current bibliography assembling a year of Stevens’ scholarship, in the Spring 2021 issue of The Wallace Stevens Journal.

Dr. Gerber’s essay is based on a talk she gave as part of "Sincerely Yours, Wallace Stevens," a September 2019 conference organized by The Huntington, a library, art museum and botanical garden, in San Marino, Calif., and featuring international scholars of Wallace Stevens, a 20th century American poet. Gerber is also an associate editor of the journal and served as treasurer/secretary from 2010 to 2018.
