Vice President for Finance and Administration Michael Metzger
Vice President for Finance and Administration Michael Metzger has been selected as the recipient of the 2021 John D. Hamilton Community Service Award.
The award is presented annually by the Chautauqua Region Community Foundation to recognize individuals for their dedication, leadership and support in furthering community spirit and enhancing the quality of life in the Chautauqua Region. He received the award at a reception in his honor on Sept. 24.
Vice President Metzger is a member of the Board of Trustees for Chautauqua Institution, also serving as chair of the Audit Committee and member of the Budget and Finance, and Executive committees. He is also chair of the Chautauqua County Industrial Development Agency Board of Directors and a member of the Western New York Regional Economic Development Council.
The John D. Hamilton Community Service Award was first presented to its namesake, John Hamilton, in 1993.
