The Dance area of the Department of Theatre and Dance has created a new and exciting opportunity for students in the department to showcase their choreographic chops at the Informal Choreography Showing.

Although the show and work is being supervised by faculty mentors, it is being completely produced, performed, curated and run by students.

Theatre and Dance majors who have choreographed new works that will be performed include: Alaysia Jourdain, Allyson Hineman, Caley Lacey, Charles Fuller, Desiree VanDyke, Emma Voit, Iaisha Babb, Ian Hayes, Krystian Masiewicz and Tia Clark. Curator duties are being handled by Aja Pandey and Grace Harvey.

Informal Choreography Showing will presented once each fall and spring semester. Students are urged to not miss a chance to be a part of history by viewing the event.

The premiere production will take place over Zoom on Friday, Oct. 9, at 5 p.m. Viewers must Register to receive the link.
