Katie Sellers (7) was named Second Team All-Region.
Katie Sellers (Glenmont/Bethlehem H.S.), was named to the United Soccer Coaches Second Team All-Region on Nov. 28. Sellers, a junior forward, led the Devils with nine goals -- ranking fourth in the SUNYAC -- and 20 points. She added a pair of assists.
"Katie had her best season to date for us," said Head Coach Chris Case. "She was a true threat for us up top and certainly was a catalyst for our attack. Katie is a fun player to watch as she is capable of doing anything."
In addition, Sellers was named First Team All-SUNYAC and SUNYAC Player of the Week (Oct. 2) after scoring four times in a 7-2 win over SUNY Buffalo State University and once in a 4-0 victory over Potsdam. The following week, she added two more scores in a 2-2 tie at Oswego, capping off a run of seven goals in three conference games.
