The senior class will serve a spaghetti dinner in the Williams Center Blue Lounge on Friday, Dec. 1, from at 4 to 6 p.m., to raise funds for the class gift to the university.
“Every year the senior class does some kind of food-related fundraiser,” said Senior Class President E.J. Jacobs. Chiavetta’s barbecue chicken dinners were a popular choice in recent years.
By switching to a spaghetti dinner – offering both non-vegan and vegan options – the senior class is providing alternatives for patrons who have dietary restrictions or preferences, Jacobs explained.
The Faculty Student Association will prepare the dinner that includes spaghetti with marinara sauce, meatballs upon request, salad, bread and butter, and a cookie. Serving duties will be handled by members of the senior class.
Presale tickets at $10 are available, while supplies last, at the Fredonia Ticket Office in the Williams Center on Monday, Wednesday and Friday, from 9 a.m. to 3 p.m. Tickets will be $12 at the door.
