A yoga class for current faculty, staff, emerita and their families is being offered through the Employee Assistance program at SUNY Fredonia. Classes begin Sept. 5.
The free 40-minute classes, slated for Tuesdays at 12:30 p.m. in the Dods Hall Dance Studio and Fridays at 11:30 a.m. in Rockefeller Arts Center Room 262, are led by emerita faculty member Diane Everett.
No experience is necessary, and mats and blocks are provided; those attending should bring water.
