The Department of Biology has scheduled two presentations to acknowledge the contribution of Charles Darwin to understanding the diversity of life forms on the earth.
The first presentation to celebrate the anniversary of Darwin's birth is on Friday, Feb. 6, at 4 p.m., when Dr. Ronald Mumme, Professor of Biology at Allegheny College, will present, "Plumage Evolution and Foraging Performance in a Tropical Warbler: A Darwinian Tale in Black and White."
The second presentation will be Friday, Feb. 13, at 4 p.m. in Jewett 101. Given by Dr. Michael Noonan, Professor of Biology and Psychology at Canisius College, the talk is titled "Exploring the Killer Whale Mind".
