With the help of  "Mr. Manners" from the local four-star restaurant, business students fully intend to learn which fork to use and how to eat soup when they go through the rigors of  the 16th annual Business Etiquette Dinner Sunday, Feb. 26 at 3:30 p.m. at The White Inn (52 E. Main St., Fredonia).

Tickets for the event are on sale and can be purchased in the School of Business offices, located at E336 Thompson Hall on the SUNY Fredonia campus.  Tickets are $15 for SUNY Fredonia students and $40 for members of the general public. Business formal attire is required for the dinner.

Fredonia's elegant White Inn is the location for the 16th annual Business Etiquette Dinner

Innkeeper Robert Contiguglia, known to the Accounting Society as “Mr. Manners,” will be the featured speaker.  After a 30-minute cocktail session, Mr. Contiguglia will lead participants through an elegant four-course meal while discussing various rules of proper table etiquette.  Skills such as proper conduct, presentation and socialization will be discussed throughout the seminar.

Participants will be encouraged to ask questions, and all in attendance will receive a copy of the annual Business Etiquette Dinner Guidebook and “My First Book of Business Etiquette.”
