Dr. Charles S. V. Telly of the School of Business published a paper titled “The Benevolent Legal Ethic of Adam Smith Merges with Nobel Laureate R.H. Coase's Benevolent Legal Ethic” in the Forum on Public Policy, a journal of the Oxford Round Table. Dr. Telly's paper was published in the Spring 2008 online edition of the Forum, where it can be read and copied.

The Forum on Public Policy is an online and hard copy, peer-reviewed, academic journal of the Oxford Round Table, Ltd., a not-for-profit educational organization chartered in England and Wales.
