An Introduction to Mindfulness is being offered by staff psychologists at the Counseling Center on Sept. 25 and Oct. 2
in the Williams Center Room S-226 from 4 to 5 p.m. Topics covered will include: Mindfulness, Meditation, Relaxation, Mindful Movement, Mindful Eating, & Loving Kindness. The sessions are free and open to students, faculty and staff. Drop-in: wear loose, warm, comfortable clothing. Led by Matthew Abrams, Ph.D. and Leanna White, Ph.D.
