Dr. Chiara De Santi of the Department of World Languages and Cultures recently had an article published on motherhood and Italian American gastronomy in the films of Martin Scorsese as part of the proceedings of a conference held at the University of Toronto in the spring of 2016.
Published first in e-book version, the article will appear in print this summer through Legas Publishing. The article, “Eat First: Motherhood and Italian American Gastronomy in the Films of Martin Scorsese,” can be read online through the University of Toronto T-Space.
