The Feeding Fredonia Challenge, a town-wide food campaign conducted at the State University of New York at Fredonia to assist the Fredonia Food Pantry at the Fredonia Presbyterian Church, will be held Monday through Friday, Oct. 16 to 20.

Faculty, staff and students are encouraged to donate non-perishable food items at the following designated drop-off campus locations: Williams Center main entrance, 221 Science Center, Dods Hall (next to Athletics and Recreation), the lobbies of all the residence halls and near Faculty Student Association (FSA) cafes at Fenton, Thompson, McEwen and Mason halls.

The Fredonia Food Pantry, located at 219 Central Ave., is open every third Saturday from 10 a.m. to noon. All residents of Fredonia and neighboring communities are eligible to receive food. For more information about the Feeding Fredonia Challenge, contact Volunteer and Community Services Coordinator Joyce H. Smith via email.
