The Office of International Education has announced that its second Food Truck Thursday will be returning to the Fredonia campus on Thursday, April 26, from 11:30 a.m. to 3:30 p.m., in Dods Grove.

The event welcomes some of the community’s most delicious and unique food, including Lloyd Taco Truck, Anderson’s, Macarollin, and more.

“The idea for a Food Truck Thursday had been thrown around in our office for a few years”, noted Erin Willis, assistant director at the Office of International Education. “We noticed that many students we work with were getting really stressed, and we wanted a fun event that they could look forward to.”

With the huge response from last year’s event, the group has by moved to a more spacious location and added more food trucks.

“Last year’s event was absolutely insane,” continued Willis. “We had many students, faculty, staff and community members come to campus that day to get some of their favorite food. Some lines were more than an hour long, and many of the food trucks reported record sales.”

All trucks this year will be accepting cash, credit and debit cards.
