The new year will welcome a new round of public ice skating lessons at Fredonia, with instruction offered for skaters of all ages and skill levels, beginner through advanced.

Two sets of group lessons will be held each week at Steele Hall Ice Arena, on Sundays at 1 p.m. and Tuesdays at 6:15 p.m., beginning Jan. 3 and 5, 2016. Each lesson will be limited to 10 students. Helmets are not required, but are strongly recommended for beginner skaters.

Cost for 10 weeks of instruction and the concluding spring show is $90. Skate rental is also available. Registration can be placed online at the Fredonia Athletics website.
