The holiday season will get underway at SUNY Fredonia with the traditional Hanging of the Greens on Tuesday, Dec. 3, from 6 to 8 p.m., at the Williams Center Multipurpose Room.

Several student organizations will join the festivities, offering cookies, hot beverages, storytelling, craft making, music and “Bears to Build,” which carry at $5 cost. SUNY Fredonia President Virginia Horvath will extend holiday wishes and have the honor of lighting the holiday tree.

The event, free and appropriate for all ages, is hosted by Spectrum Entertainment Board and sponsored by the Student Association. The public is invited to attend.
