As part of its Entrepreneurial Education Program, the Fredonia Technology Incubator will present ‘Best Practices in Recruitment and Interviewing’ on Thursday, Oct. 19 from 9:30 to 11:30 a.m. in Dunkirk.
Erica Reger, MS, SPHR, SHRM-SCP, with Employer Services Corporation will conduct this workshop. Attendees must register online or at via the link on the incubator homepage. Seating is limited.
The workshop is designed for startup companies located in the incubator, entrepreneurs, interested members of the community, and university students, staff and faculty. The workshop is offered at no cost.
At the workshop, participants will learn effective strategies in the talent acquisition cycle, sources of recruitment, legal and illegal aspects of interviewing and hiring, and also behavioral based interview questioning strategies.
