“Ideas and Strategies to Grow Your Business the Right Way,” an entrepreneurial marketing workshop led by Sam Insalaco, owner of his own startup business theBREWROOM, will be held at the Fredonia Technology Incubator on Thursday, Nov. 16, 9 a.m. to noon.

“We are pleased to have another talented individual at the incubator to lend his expertise in marketing for startups.” said Chuck Cornell, director of the incubator. “High quality entrepreneurial workshops such as this are a key part of our services and programming we provide at the incubator.”

At its core, theBREWROOM is web marketing team that focuses on search engine optimization and well-built websites. The Buffalo-based company is dedicated to help clients plan, create, execute and manage their entire internet marketing vision.

“I really enjoy meeting new people and listening to their challenges. It's actually what I love the most about my job,” Mr. Insalaco said. “I'm really looking forward to meeting the group and offering some advice and tips on how everyone can use some of the latest marketing tools and techniques to grow their businesses."

The workshop, free and open to the public, is part of the incubator’s Entrepreneurial Education Program series and is designed for startup companies, entrepreneurs, local business owners, interested members of the community and university students, staff and faculty. Participants will learn how to establish a branding presence – an important element in the marketing world. Attendees will also be exposed to search engine optimization.

Attendees must register online or on the incubator’s homepage.

The workshop is supported by funding from the John R. Oishei Foundation and the New York State Business Incubator and Innovation Hot Spot Program.

The incubator, 214 Central Ave., Dunkirk, is part of Fredonia’s Division of Engagement and Economic Development. It facilitates and supports university-community collaborations that enhance the intellectual, cultural, artistic and economic vibrancy of the region.
