Fredonia State rolled to its fourth straight win, a 15-2 decision Saturday over the College of Wooster.

Leading the attack was junior midfielder Marissa Cussins (Elmira, N.Y.) with 6 goals and 1 assist -- all but 1 goal coming in the first half as the Blue Devils (4-2) built a 9-0 halftime lead.

Cussins added 4 ground balls and 2 caused turnovers.

Junior midfielder Katie Kleine (Cazenovia, N.Y.), a junior, connected for 4 goals. She also had 3 assists to share team honors with Cussins with 7 points. Kleine had a team-high 5 ground balls plus 4 draw controls and 2 caused turnovers.

Junior attack Katie Glagolev (Webster, N.Y.) had 3 goals and 2 caused turnovers, freshman attack Emily Polizzi (Rushville, N.Y.) 2 goals and a team-high 6 draw controls, and freshman midfielder Kristie Kleine (Cazenovia, N.Y.) 4 draw controls.

Freshman goalkeeper Emily Zagari (Rochester, N.Y.) made 5 saves and allowed 1 goal in the first 48 minutes. Another freshman, Christina Mathewson (Watertown, N.Y.), made 2 saves and allowed 1 goal in the final 12 minutes.

The Blue Devils play their first home game Tuesday vs. St. John Fisher at 5 p.m. on the University Stadium turf field.
