Mac Nelson (English Distinguished Teaching Professor, Emeritus) won an award from the United University Professions at its Spring Delegate Assembly in Albany, NY. His article, “Water Wilderness,” which ran in the UUP Active Retirees Newsletter, won an award for Best Feature Story.
