Professor Aimee Nezhukumatathil of the Department of English, was named in Huffington Post’s 2013 Top 200 Advocates for American Poetry. In Aug. 11 to 16, Nezhukumatathil joined acclaimed writers Joy Harjo, Jimmy Santiago Baca, and Sapphire as poetry faculty for The Omega Institute's Summer Poetry Festival held in Rhinebeck, N.Y.
