The Publication Services team is now offering a new service that we hope you’ll find helpful when you do a bulk mailing.
We can now print the “bulk 125 stamp” on your envelopes, so you will no longer have to stamp them by hand. Simply order your envelopes from the warehouse and have them sent to the print shop in Gregory Hall. Then, fill out a Publication Request Form (which you can download at: (www.fredonia.edu/publications/) and send it to our Production Manager, Paula Warren, in 2121 Fenton Hall.
Please order your envelopes a little earlier than you would have previously, to give the Print Shop ample time to print and return them to you by your deadline.
