The headlining artist for this year’s FredFest will be announced on Sunday, March 4 at 8:00 p.m. in Dods Multi-purpose room. The announcement will be broadcasting live on WCVF 88.9 FM and WDVL 89.5 FM.
FredFest is the annual, end-of-the-year music festival organized by Student Association group, Spectrum Entertainment. Now in its 32nd year, FredFest has featured artists such as Talib Kweli, Run DMC, and O.A.R.
Students working for the student-run Spectrum Entertainment Board worked throughout the fall semester polling students’ wishes, based on favorite genres and artists.
This is the second year that the announcement has taken place live on campus.
