Update: The Search Committee has been notified that the fifth and final candidate has chosen to withdraw from the search.  Therefore, the candidate scheduled to be fourth on the original schedule, Feb. 13-14, will be the last candidate to be interviewed.

The SUNY Fredonia Presidential Search Committee has selected five finalists, each of whom will be invited to campus for a series of two-day interviews between Jan. 30 and Feb. 17.

“The committee was pleased by the significant interest of so many high-quality applicants,” Search Committee Chair Frank Pagano said. “The five finalists who have been invited to campus represent a good mix of experience levels, achievement and diversity.”

Each candidate’s name, current position and vitae will be released four days prior to their scheduled two-day campus interview, to ensure their confidentiality as long as possible.

The first candidate interviewed was Dr. Patrick J. Schloss, Assistant Executive Vice Chancellor for Retention, Progression & Graduation, University System of Georgia. Click for his Full vitae>>
