On Sunday, Oct. 26 at 4 p.m., the Western New York Chamber Orchestra will premiere John Musto’s latest orchestral composition, “Sinfonietta,” in King Concert Hall at the Rockefeller Arts Center.

The WYNCO program, “Classics II: Music about Music,” will also include Haydn’s Symphony No. 55 “Der Schulmeister” in E flat major and Schubert's Symphony No. 5 in B flat major. The program will be conducted by WYNCO’s artistic director, Glen Cortese.

An internationally acclaimed American composer and pianist, Mr. Musto is widely known for his opera, orchestral, chamber, vocal and piano compositions. A recipient of degrees in piano performance from the Manhattan School of Music, he has been a guest professor and composer at Mannes College of Music, Brooklyn College, Manhattan School of Music and the Julliard School.

All tickets are general admission and are available at the Fredonia Ticket Office or by calling 716-673-3501. SUNY students are free with student ID. General public tickets are $22 and children are $5.
