Welcome to the Facilities Services website. The major focus of the department is to maintain the outstanding physical appearance of the campus both inside and outside. A dedicated team of maintenance and cleaning staff work to provide clean, safe and well-maintained facilities. The Department is comprised of over 130 full time people. Throughout the academic year and during the summer months, many students provide additional resources to help maintain the buildings and campus grounds. The department is dedicated to providing clean and well-maintained facilities which Faculty, Staff, Students and Visitors have become accustom to here on the Fredonia campus.
