Facilities Technical Services manages the Computerized Maintenance Management Software (CMMS); Maintimizer, Work Order System, serves as the Physical Space Inventory Coordinator which includes maintaining the physical space inventory (PSI) information database as required by SUNY system administration and PSI drawings are kept up to date with all current building layout information.

The work order category response times are based on the expected number of days that someone requesting work should expect for the work to be completed. Often there are conditions that will alter the completion time such as for a specific time period such as when classes are not in session or if parts must be ordered to complete a repair.
